Get to Know Sydnie
Activity and fitness have been a constant for Sydnie her entire life. She was a gymnast growing up and loved being active as a child. She also got into competitive cheerleading, dance and tumbling.
When Sydnie started getting more serious about going to university, she quit everything. She began going to the gym for fitness instead of the activities she was involved in previously. Sydnie enjoyed going to group classes and she learned different exercises. She fell in love with fitness because it made her feel good. Sydnie loves being active and has enjoyed engaging in fitness now for over a decade.
She will be taking an exam in February 2021 to become certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
